As leader of Everforth ECS’ Intelligence Business Unit, Sydney Gillen leads a team focused on delivering advanced AI, geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), and digital transformation solutions that help intelligence and defense customers solve complex mission challenges. She oversees the business unit’s strategy, growth, and delivery while strengthening customer partnerships and expanding Everforth ECS’ impact across the Intelligence Community.

Ms. Gillen joined Everforth ECS in 2020 and has advanced through a series of leadership roles spanning program operations, project management, and enterprise delivery. Most recently, she served as a director leading the delivery of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) GEOINT AI Research and Development Program. In this role, she oversaw the integration of AI into GEOINT workflows and managed cross-functional engineering, data science, and operations teams supporting critical Department of War (DoW) missions. Her passion for applying emerging technologies to mission challenges, combined with her collaborative leadership style, has helped accelerate AI adoption and operational readiness across high-profile national security programs.

Ms. Gillen is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School as well as professional education in AI and machine learning through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of California, San Diego.
