Ross Serino leads Everforth ECS’ Application Engineering & Services solution area, helping develop and deliver technical capabilities that address complex customer requirements. In this role, he oversees Everforth ECS’ multi-cloud and hybrid cloud capabilities, cloud transformation initiatives, and innovative cloud-native solutions that help drive business and mission success for commercial and government clients.

With more than a decade of experience at Everforth ECS, Mr. Serino has played a pivotal role in building the company’s cloud practice from the ground up. He helped shape and scale the company’s Cloud Center of Excellence and was among Everforth ECS’ first Amazon Web Services (AWS) certified architects. Mr. Serino has led cloud engagements supporting defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies, delivering scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with mission-critical goals. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing Everforth ECS’ cloud/AI integration, multi-cloud orchestration, and award-winning managed services as recognized by AWS.

Mr. Serino holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Mary Washington.
