Rob Warren leads Capture at Everforth ECS, guiding the organization’s efforts to pursue and win new work and accelerate company growth.

Prior to joining Everforth ECS, Mr. Warren served as director of Capture at CACI, where he oversaw some of the company’s largest capture pursuits and helped expand the company’s existing footprint across the Department of War and federal civilian markets. He also served as profit and loss director of Federal Civilian services at CACI, exceeding growth targets for six consecutive years.

Mr. Warren is a passionate, results-oriented leader, who enjoys building organizations through collaboration, coaching, and mentorship. He serves on the board of directors for Dominion Christian School and is active in several philanthropic organizations. Mr. Warren has a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a certified project management professional.
