Matt “Vic” Bogar leads Everforth ECS’ Civilian Mission account portfolio, supporting customers across federal civilian, health, state and local, and related mission areas. He oversees a broad portfolio of customers and contracts and leads teams that enable mission success through cybersecurity, cloud, IT operations, software development, and business improvement solutions.

Mr. Bogar has over 15 years’ experience in defense and federal contracting, providing leadership in a breadth of roles and a variety of contract types. He has successfully driven the capture and execution of multi-hundred-million-dollar contracts delivering IT modernization services and solutions.

Mr. Bogar holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems from Longwood University with a minor in digital forensics, security, and law. His charitable interests focus on bettering the lives and education of children.
