Brian Orsi leads the CDAO account at Everforth ECS, guiding teams responsible for strategy and growth in support of Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office customers.

Mr. Orsi has previously served as director of applied technology at Everforth ECS, leading the management of a hybrid-cloud network serving customers throughout the Department of War (DoW), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). In addition, he managed mission-critical, multimillion-dollar federal law enforcement programs with the DHS and DOJ.

Previously, Mr. Orsi served as associate director of the Office of Intelligence, Homeland Security Investigations at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He managed a staff of more than 400 agents, analysts, and administrative personnel worldwide and oversaw a nearly $70 million annual budget.

Mr. Orsi has a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from George Mason University and is a member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association and the Fraternal Order of Police.
