InfoReliance launched today its enterprise security solution, called CloudHASH Security™, for the federal government. InfoReliance also announced that it has joined the McAfee® Security Innovation Alliance™ (SIA), McAfee’s technology partnering program. As part of McAfee SIA, InfoReliance will integrate CloudHASH Security with McAfee® ePolicy Orchestrator® (McAfee ePO™) software.
“We are pleased to add InfoReliance to the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance,” said Ed Barry, vice president of the Security Innovation Alliance, McAfee. “Our customers face growing challenges to secure their networks and maintain compliance. When the integration of CloudHASH Security and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator software is complete, it will provide our joint customers with a more complete endpoint security solution.”
CloudHASH Security plans to enhance existing implementations of the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator security management platform to ensure enterprises’ defenses can effectively counter evolving attack strategies. It consists of three modules that work together to create dynamic endpoint protection for an organization. These modules are part of a solution that provides a three-step approach to endpoint security: protect, investigate and notify (PIN).
The Host Firewall Orchestrator module protects assets and simplifies management of complex host-based firewall policies. The Host Security Sentinel module investigates malware across an entire enterprise and provides results to cyber engineers in minutes. The Dynamic Desktop Banner provides a constant line of communication between security technicians and end users so that they can be notified of new threats as they emerge.
“We are proud to have been admitted into the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance, the top-tier partnership program for addressing security threats,” states Aaron Faulkner, vice president at InfoReliance. “We are a leader in both software engineering and cyber security and our unique capabilities will provide McAfee’s and InfoReliance’s customers with a comprehensive security solution.”
